I think the people who ask for a date should pay, because those people are interested in the date. I like the idea when both persons pay; I think that's the better option. I don't like it when guys pay for everything, even that I grew up believing that boys have to pay. I think all those ideas came from a long time ago maybe because women didn't have a job; for me that’s the reason, but at the same time we should have some of those ideas, like boys opening doors for girls and things like that.
My experiences in Mexico were when boys asked me on a date I like to pay my part, but Mexican boys don't like when a girl pay because their mom's told them that they have to pay, sometimes that’s good.
When someone else ask us for a date, sometimes we should allow them to pay.
Every culture is different, in some cultures is not accepted that a girl asks a boy on a date, but those differences make cultures interesting.
